Thank for your interest in vacationing in one of our oceanfront properties located in the Shipwatch Villas on the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort in Amelia Island, Florida.

Nice to meet you! I’m thrilled you found our site. My name is Rosemary Wahl Kaczor and my husband Ron and I are the lucky owners of the two properties you see here. While you still have the option of booking our properties direct on VRBO or Airbnb, but we wanted to offer people the choice of working directly with the owners if preferred to avoid extra management and booking site fees. And since we own a marketing company in upstate New York, developing our own site was a natural extension in promoting our properties.

We’re happy to be directly available for any and all needs you have during your stay. Our goal is to provide quick-action and attention to you. Our cleaners, ‘handy’ men, and other contractors are readily available and all live on the island in case you need them. When you’re on a vacation, we want you to feel valued and appreciated throughout your stay and hopefully come back to visit for years to come!

While we love all of our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our rentals.

Our condos fill up fast, so clicking this tab or following the link to VRBO prior to reaching out will give you an real time picture of both daily rates and availability. If your preferred dates are available, you still have the option to book directly with us and receive a discounted rate and also save the VRBO additional fees.
